That being said why dont you write the plugin to the point where you have a hash id and list of trackers and are able to do something like

http://btreannouncer.net/somescript.php ... ah&t2=blah ..etc

I'll write the interface and we'll all be good.

btw the script will probably return a bencoded list something like:

hash_id:blah
primary:blah
addtional:list
[0] blah
[1] blah
...

etc

if becoded is really a problem I may be able to accommodate a different format

In mys spare time (haha) I'm gonna install and set up rutorrent on my linux box at home - when and IF I get it running I may write that plugin. to date I installed all the components and made a quick try at running it but the web interface never came up properly and I had family here over christmas making hard to concentrate and read the doco's thoroughly .

Dont count on it happening but it *may* - in the meantime why done you write a plugin that gets to the point of opening a url and returning some result - the framework might point me in the right direction (and give me an example of the plugin coding language syntax) and we can back an forth till we get it running.
